Teas Lakes POA has regularly scheduled Board meetings. All meetings are open to the community to hear what business the Board is conducting for the community. If you would like to be put on the agenda to speak to the board please submit your request to your property manager Lindi at least 144 hours prior to the meeting. This will then be discussed in an Executive Session with the Board. All meeting Agenda's will be posted on the website 144 hours before each meeting.
Board Meeting minutes will be posted once approved at the following Board meeting. Annual Meeting Minutes will be approved at the next Annual Meeting of Members.
