Teas Lakes Subdivision
Teas Lakes is in Conroe, Texas, located off of League Line Road, and just west of the City of Panorama Village. Only minutes away from Interstate I-45, Teas Lakes’ homeowners conveniently enjoy quick and easy access to a variety of shopping, entertainment, and dining. Teas Lakes’ ideal location includes good schools, a lower tax rate, and close access to the public recreation areas, like Lake Conroe, nearby.
The subdivision offers two ponds at the south and north sides of the neighborhood for family enjoyment. The north pond boasts a peaceful walking path as well as a fishing pier. Both ponds include relaxing benches and are stocked for catch and release fishing among the membership. Additionally, Teas Lakes proudly supports family fun among its homeowners with seasonal community-wide events and competitions for the best yards throughout the year.
Teas Lakes POA
The Teas Lakes Property Owners’ Association (POA) is comprised of all homeowners in the Teas Lakes Subdivision. Teas Lakes POA’s purpose is to encourage and maintain a safe, attractive, and friendly neighborhood. The POA supports honest and transparent communication among its membership with regular, open meetings to address community business.
